SEO (WIX website)

 SEO helps on making your e-commerce appear on the top result to read more about SEO. On WIX, you can make an SEO plan for your website. 

First:

you need to pick the keywords. In my case, as shown below, I choose words that have a connection to the products the e-commerce sells.

Second:
you have to complete the requirements on the Get found on Google.

For example:
the first requirement you need to complete is to set a title meta tag and description.
which would look like this on the HTML code:
title meta tag: <meta  name="title" content="Reema Commerce"/>

Description meta-tag: <meta name="description" content="In Reemz Cookies, you could find the best cookies you would ever taste in your life. Chocolate chip cookies, double chocolate chip cookies, vegan, party packages, and more. Try Reemz cookies now"/>. 

However, on WIX, all you need to do is to follow the following steps; you don't need to write the code yourself.

1- Go to the toolbar > pick pages > home page. After that, click on the three dots and choose SEO (Google).

2- Pick the page title you wish; in this case, the page title is Reemz Cookies. As shown below.

3-Write the description on which will appear to the users when searching for your e-commerce.

This is the final result:



you should apply this process to all pages on your e-commerce for better results.


Now that you have done with the setting SEO for the main pages, you should complete the SEO to the products.

1-go to the product editing page and pick (Edit SEO settings).

2-Similar to what we have done before, we need to set title and description meta tags.
For the double chocolate chip cookie the title meta tag is:<meta  name="title" content="Double chocolate chip cookie"/> 
and the description meta tag is :<meta name="description" content="indulge yourself with the best cookies you will ever taste."/>. But again, with WIX, you don't need to edit the HTML code, all you have to do is write down the title and description you wish to appear on the search results.

Again you need to apply the same process to all other products you have.
