Zara website is an example of a business to consumer e-commerce. Zara is a well-none fashion company that sells clothes, accessories and shoes. Clients can browse and order whatever they want using the website.

  • Easy to navigate between the pages and product.

2- Business to Business (B2B):

IBM is a corporation that offers hardware, software and even consolation for other business owners. IBM is a good example of (B2B) websites since it offers its services to other corporations at a reduced price.

  • Online chat service.
  • Search bar.


(C2C) Website example 


3-Consumer to Consumer (C2C):

Vinted is a (C2C) e-commerce. It allows the users to display their own items with a price of their own and a description. By displaying their items on the website, other consumers can browse and buy from each other.

Vinted website features:

  • It has a searching bar with categories option to make the search easier.
  • The customer can communicate in the private chat to get more details about the product from each other.


(G2C) Website example 


4-Government to Citizen (G2C):

Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia is e-commerce that allows citizens to pay for their speed ticket via the website.

Its features:

  • Convenience.
  • Straightforward.
  • Secure payments method.


M-commerce (Roles, 2019) 


 People tend to use their phones more often nowadays. Therefore, most e-commerce could be available on mobile phones as m-commerce( applications). One example of m-commerce is the Tesco app that could be downloaded on both iPhones and Androids. 


Tesco m-commerce features:

  • It has similar features and services to the website.
  • It has a search bar. 
  • It has a shopping cart.
  • It has a secure payment method.

It could be downloaded on mobile phones.
